During our stay at Hector's Lodge, we were thoroughly impressed with the service and facilities provided. the fact that there were ironing facilities available was a huge bonus for us, as we like to look presentable wherever we go. the heating in the lodge was fantastic, especially after a long day of hiking or riding motorcycles in the cold. One of the highlights for us was the fact that there was a washing machine and tumble drier on site. This allowed us to clean our riding gear and hiking clothes, ensuring that we had a fresh wardrobe every day. the free Wi-Fi was also greatly appreciated, as it allowed us to stay connected with our loved ones back home. The fact that pets were allowed on site was a major selling point for us, as we couldn't bear leaving our furry friends behind. the garden area was a fantastic addition, giving us a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Overall, Hector's Lodge provided exceptional value for the cost. the combination of great facilities and convenient location made it the perfect basecamp for our adventures. We highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay in the area.
